Record Keeping

Whenever a potential COI or COC has been disclosed, it’s important for the University to be able to show, in writing, it has followed up on the disclosure in appropriate ways.  For this reason, written records are important.  At the same time, the University protects the privacy of its faculty and staff by keeping records confidential.  In this section, you’ll learn more about the topic of record keeping.
