Policy Violations

What types of actions would violate the COI/COC policy? 

Any action that goes against the requirements of the policy is a violation.

For example: 

• You’re aware you may have a potential COI or COC, but don’t disclose it. 
• A management plan requires you to take an action to manage or eliminate a significant potential COI or COC, such as discontinuing your involvement with an external organization, but you don’t follow through.
