Speaker Fees/Honoraria

What do I need to know about accepting speaker fees or honoraria? 

The University doesn’t have a University-wide policy on accepting speaker fees or honoraria.  Your unit’s COI/COC implementation plan may establish some limits in this regard.

Please keep in mind that to the extent your staff duties extend to responsibility for research, you may need to meet additional disclosure requirements.  If you have questions, contact the Office for Research.
