Managing a Potential Conflict of Interest or Conflict of Commitment

Might I be required to cease the external activities that create the potential COI/COC? 

A COI/COC manager may recommend that you must either discontinue the external activities that create the potential COI/COC or end your University employment.  After a decision has been made and implemented, normal grievance procedures or dispute resolution processes would apply.
