Managing a Potential Conflict of Interest or Conflict of Commitment

Are there other U-M offices that the COI/COC manager may consult? 

If the potential conflict is related to purchasing goods and services, the COI/COC manager will likely consult with Procurement Services. 

If the potential conflict is related to a sponsored project, the COI/COC manager will likely consult with the U-M’s Office of the Vice President for Research. 

If the potential conflict is related to a matter of technology transfer, the COI/COC manager will likely consult with the U-M’s Office of Technology Transfer.
