Disclosing Potential Conflicts of Interest and Conflicts of CommitmentWhat will happen then?Your unit has (or will have) a policy that identifies the person in the unit who is the point person for potential COIs and COCs. Let’s call this person the COI/COC manager. If your unit has not yet finalized its unit implementation policy, the head of the unit (or the person the unit head has assigned this role to) is the COI/COC manager. It’s likely that your supervisor will contact the COI/COC manager. It’s also likely that you’ll be asked to talk with this person, too, either by yourself or with your supervisor. |
