Collective Bargaining Agreements

As an employee covered under a collective bargaining agreement, does the COI/COC policy apply to me? 

Yes.  The provisions of the COI/COC policy apply to all faculty and staff, including employees whose terms of employment are covered by a collective bargaining agreement. 

However, some provisions of the collective bargaining agreement under which you’re employed may come into play, such as issues of representation and discipline.
