Collective Bargaining Agreements

As a faculty member covered under a collective bargaining agreement, does the COI/COC policy apply to me?

Yes.  The provisions of the COI/COC policy apply to all faculty, including faculty whose terms of employment are covered by a collective bargaining agreement. 

However, some provisions of the collective bargaining agreement under which you’re employed may come into play, including such issues as applicability, representation, and discipline.
