Budget and Resource Management Academy
The Budget and Resource Management Academy was developed
in 2007 and piloted in 2008. We plan to continue offering the
Academy each Fall.
The goal of the Budget and Resource Management Academy is to better
prepare high potential staff members for critical positions in budget
and resource management. The Academy is seeking to deepen
and enhance the budget and finance knowledge base of these staff
members, to aid in the overall improvement of the financial management
of our units, and to reinforce responsible stewardship of U-M resources.
